Our payment provider is PayPal, credit / debit card or Apple Pay. This can be used as a guest, by entering a non PayPal registered email address, you are able to pay by card, or PayPal at stage 3 of the checkout where you can chose by clicking the button.

We work closely with Royal Mail who ship over 16 billion shipments a year. We have found these to be the most reliable couriers out of all of the ones we have tried. Each shipment is sent to be signed for for your own protection. Our UK orders are tracked at five points upto delivery, and international orders are either signed for, or tracked and signed depending on country of delivery. You will be notified of a tracking number as soon as the order is sent, which you can track at any time.

Distance readings are mainly done through messenger on either Facebook, or Instagram, where you send an unfiltered photo of yourself, then the cards are then shuffled, and you will have three cards chosen for you, which will be sent to you along with their meanings. You can send us questions that you feel you need guidance for, and we will work with guides and angels, and any spirits that come through to bring your messages and guideance.

In the current climate of social distancing, we have withdrawn our face to face readings.

While we try our hardest to ensure all orders are packed accurately, if, in the highly unlikely event the item you receive is wrong, we will work with you to get the wrong item back to us free of charge, and send the correct item to you with our sincere apologies.

In short, the answer is no. We do offer free guidance cards through our social media pages on a random basis, so please keep an eye on these pages @giftedgirluk
